Invictus Tours founders, Paul Mairs and Richard Shaw, have been heavily involved in youth soccer development, coaching and education for over 25 years; including studies within Manchester United Youth Academy and the England Youth National Team, and the publication of the bestselling youth soccer book ‘Coaching Outside the Box: Changing the Mindset in Youth Soccer.’

The desire to provide young players with the educational soccer experience of a lifetime back in 2010 helped launched Invictus Soccer Tours. Since then, they have provided hundreds of youth soccer players, teams and organizations with the opportunity to observe, and feel first-hand, the most powerful soccer culture in the world.

The importance of providing players with the insight and understanding of what it takes to play at the very highest level of the game – while watching Premier League soccer and playing/competing against the best up and coming youth soccer players and academies in England – has been invaluable to the player development process and for so many players over the years.
